How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders ship within 3-4 business days unless otherwise noted during Holiday Seasons. Please allow an additional day for custom orders. Orders within the U.S. are shipped via First Class Mail and take approx. 3-4 business days to arrive. Please allow at least 7-10 business days for International orders. Expedited shipping is also available upon request.

What methods of payment are accepted?
Bushel & Peck accepts personal checks & debit/credit card payments via Paypal. Paypal provides a secure checkout and anyone with a valid credit card can easily process their payment. No account set-up is necessary. Orders paid by check will begin printing once checks have cleared.
What is your return policy?
Unopened, non-damaged items may be returned for a full refund.
Custom orders are non-refundable. We can not be held liable for any damages occurred during shipping or delivery. Shipping insurance can be purchase upon request prior to shipping. Customer may request to add insurance prior to sale and a Custom Order will be created for you or after sale is made whereas an additional invoice will be sent.
Can I request a custom item?
We are happy to work with you on any request. Simply leave us a message at bushelandpeckpaper@yahoo.com or on our "Contact Us"
page and we will respond as promptly as possible.
Can I see a proof first?
Sure! We're happy to offer one proof prior to purchase for existing designs or custom photo silhouettes ONLY. Upon purchase of item, 3 additional proofs are included. Any additional proofs requested thereafter will be set up as a Custom Order and can be purchased for $2 ea.
New designs or multiple items require a 25% deposit which is later applied to your final purchase price - *a design fee is required prior to proof for custom work (Custom Party Design http://www.bushelandpeckpaper.com/item_300/CUSTOM-PARTY-DESIGN.htm / Custom Logo Design http://www.bushelandpeckpaper.com/item_543/CUSTOM-LOGO-DESIGN.htm ).
